The tomato-based tagliatelle was robust and well-balanced, with just the right touch of acidity and a generous sprinkle of parmesan to round it out. OMG! Amazing place and food. Food was delicious and fresh, great service. I visited Italy so many times for work and I felt the same vibes with your food! Loved your focaccia sandwiches and pizza. My daughter loved your fettuccine. The Italian chefs are really friendly.

Piadina's food is so delicious and the owner was very friendly and helpful! The food looked so good I forgot to take photos before we started eating. This place deserves more stars. We have been several times and eaten the pasta, pinsa, piadina and focaccia sandwiches. Haven't tried the desserts as we're always full but they look very authentic. Every time has been high quality, delicious Italian food, made authentically. I can't believe it took me so long to try this place. Initially, I noticed these gorgeous women exiting with these flatboxes in hand. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but the staff reassured first-timers buy pointing out popular items (highlighted in yellow on the menu). I went with the California as my initiation ... and it was a safe choice: Roasted Chicken, mozzarella, arugula, tomato, and basil pesto wrapped in a warm flat bread. Hey Irvine residents if you want true authentic fresh Italian food have to go here. My son had Prosciutto sandwich and I had the eggplant Parmesan. It was just like the food I grew up eating in Little Italy in Chicago ( besides going to Italy is the next best place in USA for authentic Italian food)

Umbria pizza is quite possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had. A little taste of Italy in Irvine! Ingredients from Italy, cooked perfectly. Super attentive service. Love this place!

Went here with my family and young children, and the food was FANTASTIC. They say it’s homemade pasta and dough and you can absolutely tell. All staff were so kind and attentive, and the restaurant is extremely family friendly. Definitely will be coming back!
